Release 18/12/19 – Export Forwarding (NZ) – PortConnect Inland Receivals

This release includes an update to the PortConnect File Load to allow the inland receival dates appear in the Vessel Masterfile and to populate the Export Sea Consols and Export Sea Jobs based on the Receiving Terminal

The Vessel Masterfile has been extended in NZ to include the Inland Receive Start Date/Time and Inland Cut Off Date/Time

These columns can be populated by expanding the ‘PortConnect Vessel Sched’ template in the Load File screen to include the Inland Receivals, or creating a new load template to include this information

e.g.

To load the correct receivals dates into Export Sea Consols and Export Sea Jobs, use the Load Mapping toolbar button in the Vessel Masterfile screen, to access the Inland Receivals Mapping screen.  Enter the combination of the Receiving Terminal and the Origin Port which means the Inland Receivals are relevant, instead of the seaport dates.  E.g. if the job is receiving at Metroport Auckland and sailing from Tauranga, the inland receivals dates should be used

When Expedient updates Consols and Jobs that have the combination of the Receiving Terminal and the Origin Port in this screen, the Inland Dates will be added to the Consol or Job.  If the mapping does not exist in the screen, Expedient will use the seaport receival dates.
