This release includes an update to the XML sent to ImpexDocs to include more information from the Job, Shipper Invoice and EDN so that more product level information is received into the ImpexDocs system.
On selecting to send ImpexDocs from the Export Sea Job Registration screen, a new pop up question will ask if the shipment is for a bulk commodity.
If it is, Expedient will send details including quantity and weight from the Job. If it is not a bulk commodity, Expedient will send details from the Shipper Invoices linked to the job.
Expedient will advise the user if either an single line EDN entry, or a Shipper Invoice is required to complete the file to ImpexDocs depending on the response to the bulk commodity pop up.
