This release includes an update to Export Order Tracking to create more events when Orders, Shipments and Jobs are linked together
The new order event, OSLJ ‘ORDER LINK TO SHIPMENT’ is created in an order when
- a new shipment is created in the Export Shipment screen and the order number is listed in the Orders tab
The new order event, OLJO ‘ORDER LINK TO JOB’ is created in an order when
- a new job is created in the Export Shipment screen and the order number is listed in the Orders tab
- an order is linked to the job from the Export job registration screen option ‘Link Orders’
- an order on a shipment is linked to a job from the Export job registration screen option ”Link Shipments”
A SHPL event is created in the job when
- A Job is created from a Shipment
- A Job is linked to a Shipment from the job screen
An ORDL event is created in the job when
- A job is created from a Shipment and the Shipment is linked to one or more Orders
- A job is created from an Order
- A Sea Export Job is linked to a Shipment from the job screen and the shipment is linked to one or more orders
- An Air Export Job is linked to a Shipment from the job screen and the shipment is linked to one or more orders
