This release includes an update to Automatic Reports -> User Configured Auto Report
The report criteria on milestones for Import Jobs and Export Jobs has been updated to allow filtering on Jobs with milestones that are:
- applicable and exist
- applicable and completed
- applicable and completed in the last …
Reports using these options will check the ‘N/A’ column in the Milestones window. Where the report requires the milestone to be ‘applicable’, the report will not include jobs where the ‘N/A’ column is ticked for the selected milestone
Existing user configured reports for Import Jobs and Exports jobs have been updated to check only for applicable milestones e.g.
- where a user configured report was looking for a milestone that ‘exists’, it is now looking for milestone that is ‘applicable and exists’
- where a user configured report was looking for a milestone that is ‘completed’, it is now looking for a milestone that is ‘applicable and completed’
- where a user configured report was looking for a milestone that was ‘completed in the last X days’, it is now looking for a milestone that is ‘applicable and completed in the last X days’
