This release includes an update to the Security Declaration printed with the Master Air Way Bill from the Air Export Consol Registration screen
The document has updated wording for the ‘Statement of Custody’, for example
The heading ‘CHAIN OF CUSTODY STATEMENT’ has been removed
The document will show a new statement if a house bill on the Consol has SPX, SCO or SHR Special Handling Code and the examination method was X-ray, for example
The document will show a new statement if the cargo is exempt from examination, for example
The RACA Entity Code shown in the top left hand corner of the document, and in the statements above, will now be populated from the OWN Forwarder for the Department on the Consol. A new RACA Entity Code field has been added to the Customer Masterfile for OWN Forwarders.
The Customer Masterfile for the OWN Forwarder also provides a new field to determine if the Security Declaration in the MAWB Options screen is defaulted ticked or unticked
Where the field is set to ‘No’, the NAWB Printing Options screen, available from the Air Export Consol, will always set ‘Print Security Declaration?’ to unticked. This can be updated in the screen.
