This release includes an update to registration screens to improve access to Notifications, by speeding up navigation to the relevant document in these screens. All notifications that are relevant to the screen are now available from within the screen.
This release affects Import Air and Sea Consol and Job registration screens, and Export Air and Sea Consol and Job registration screens.
Each screen has been updated with an updated Notifications menu which is further split into General, Customs and Transport Notifications. Select one of these options to access the notifications within that group. The notifications are shown within alphabetical order within each sub group.
For example, the Arrival Notice can now be found in the Import Jobs Registration screen, under Notifications, then General. The Container Time Slot Request can be found in Import Jobs Registration, Notifications, then Transport.
Not every screen will have the Notification sub menus. For example, Air Export Consol Registration shows only the General sub option.
All shortcut keys to generate the documents are still available. For example, for the screenshot above, clicking R when looking at an Air Export Consol in VIEW mode will generate the Export Manifest, without clicking through the menu options first.
This update also includes moving notifications that were currently only accessed from main menu options, into the registration screens. For example, Steamcleaning Advice is now available from Import Job Registration > Notifications > General
