This release includes an update to the PDF Splitter option in the Document tab which makes splitting documents faster and more accurate
The PDF Splitter and Merge options are now available in the Documents tab of the Customer Masterfile. The Splitter will allow attributes to be added to the Customer Documents as the Document Type codes are assigned
The PDF Splitter has been upgraded to allow specific pages in the PDF to be assigned to a Document Type Code without assigning all of the pages. For example, a single page in a 10 page PDF can be assigned as a Packing Declaration without requiring a Document Type Code for the other 9 pages in the PDF file
The PDF Splitter in the Job Documents tab will allow pages within the PDF to be saved to the Customer on the Job. For example, if a 10 page PDF is received, some pages can be assigned to the Job, but relevant pages in the document can be saved to the Customer on the Job, and attributes like Supplier Code and validity dates can be added to the Customer document all within the PDF Splitter window
