In this release, the following fields have been added to “Outturn/Manifest Check-In” screen.
- Responsible Party
The field is to populate responsible Party’s ABN number. By default, it will populate own company’s ABN when outturn report is generated. If users would like the responsible party’s ABN to be mapped to Establishment ID, please contact Expedient Support.
- Goods Description
Goods Description will be populated based on the description on the Air Cargo Report. For Surplus Consignment, users need to enter Goods Description manually. Goods Description is mandatory for Surplus Packages and Surplus Consignment.
- Submission Status
The field displays the line submission status.
1. Not Submitted – The line has not been submitted to ICS yet.
2. Being Submitted – The line is submitting to ICS, but not response is received yet.
3. Submitted – The line has been submitted to ICS and response has been received.
- Result Type
The field displays the Outturn Result Type.
1. Nil Discrepancy – Expected Pieces = Arrived Pieces
2. Short Landed – Expected Pieces > Arrived Pieces
3. Surplus Packages – Expected Pieces < Arrived Pieces
4. Surplus Consignment – Expected Pieces = 0, but Arrived Pieces >0
