There is no Message type for “Export Periodic Drawback Entry” available in TSW. Users who need to lodge Periodic Drawback entry, have to lodge the entry via E41 – Drawback Declaration.
For Export Periodic Drawback Entry, users can set the default value for the following fields:
- HB = Various (No MB is required)
- Craft Name = Periodic Various (Sea) – The data is in the customs reference.
- Voyage Number = Various (Sea)
- Flight No. = Various (Air).
- Date of Export = Last Date for the Period
- Invoice No = Various
- Invoice Date = Last Date for the Period
