The following modifications have been completed for Part Masterfile:
1. The following fields are removed from Part Masterfile:
- Net Weight KGS
- Gross Weight KGS
- Cost Uplift (%) – The data will be migrated to “Add – Other Additions” in Charges table.
- Cubic Volume
- Quantity Factors
- Landed Costing Volume Factor
- SKU Alt Cli Part
- Group
- Discount % field in Duty Rate Table
- NZD Amount per Gram Lead column in Duty Rate Table
2. Package type has been modified from free text field to standard 2 characters package type code allowed by NZCS.
3. Packages & Measurements table has been added to Part Masterfile. Users are allowed to enter different factors in the table, so that it will automatically populate the respective value in Supplier Invoice/Import Declaration, as long as the package Qty is entered.
i.e.
Package Type in Default Part Information = CT (This package type will populate to supplier invoice/Import declaration as default package type.)
Package Type in Packages & Measurements = CT
When 10 is entered as Package Qty and CT is entered as Package Type in supplier’s invoice or import declaration screen, the following value will populate automatically in to the respective fields in Supplier’s Invoice or Import Declaration Screen.
- Gross Weight (KGM) = 1*10 = 10
- Net Weight (KGM) = 2*10=20
- Volumn (MTQ) = 3*10=30
- Statistical Quantity = 4*10=40
- Supplementary Quantity is disabled, because the data is not required by TSW for the Tariff 0409000009D.
Note: If Package Type in default Part Information is not CT for the scenario above, the value will not be populated to the respective fields, as the factors stored in the parts are based on the Package Type as CT.
4. Charges table has been added to Part Masterfile. Users are able to select different charge types from drop down list.
5. Levy table are also added to Part Masterfile for user’s ease of reference.
6. New TSW code have been added into Code information. “Legacy/TSW” column and “Import/Export” Column has been added into code zoom window.
7. The following fields are added to Part Masterfile:
- Country of Export
- Shipping Marks
- Region of Origin
