A system option “ENT_PRT_CP” has been created in this release.
This system option will allow users to
- remove General Declaration Questions & CP Declaration Questions from entry print for all clients.
- select clients for whom the entry print will include General Declaration Questions & CP Declaration Questions.
By default, when Import Declaration – N10/20/30 is generated, all related General Declaration Questions & CP Declaration Questions will display at the end of the entry print unless users request to remove them.
If any site would like this system option to turn on for your site/company, please liaise with Expedient Support team to have system option “ENT_PRT_CP” turn on for your site. Please also advise Support team if you would like to have General Declaration Questions & CP Declaration Questions removed for all clients/importers or you would like to self select which client to have entry print with CP questions.
Note: Self-selecting entry print with CP questions can be implemented by steps below:
1. Go to Customer Masterfile
2. Click Client Options
3. Tick “ENT_PRT_CP” option
