This release provides new functionality to the Rates Module.
When the user is in Company Tariff, Customer Rates or Customer Quotes, there is a new button at the bottom of the screen which will enable you to view and apply any stored cost rates.
Upon selection of the new ‘Search Cost Tariff’ button the user will be taken to a cost rates screen which will display all related cost rates. See below.
From the Cost Tariff View screen, the user has the ability to ‘Apply Cost Rate’, which will populate the cost rate into the tariff, rate or quote screen. The user can manually update to create a sell amount.
If the User selects ‘Apply with Cost Method’, the Cost Tariff Calculator Method is used & the user is required to enter an uplift to the cost rate to create a sell amount.
See below where the Cost Tariff Calculator is used and a small margin has been added to produce a Sell Rate.
The Bottom left of the Tariff, Rate, or Quote screen will show a ‘Results’ Button when the Cost Tariff Calculator is used. Selecting this will pop up a results screen which will display the actual sell rate (Cost amount + Uplifted amount = Result).
