This release provides an update to Import Container Management to show the date and time the Transport Provider acknowledges receipt of the EDO.
The date and time can be manually entered into the Import Container Management, or received from the Transport Provider via EDI if the Transport Provider uses ContainerChain.
These fields are available to add to your User Configured Automatic Reports for Containers and Import Jobs.
Receipt of the EDO Received message will trigger the event code EDOU. When all EDOS are confirmed received on a Job, the event code EDOT will be created.
The Documents to Transport field has been enhanced with the time the documents were sent. The Documents to Transport time is populated when the ‘Create Docs to Transport Event’ is triggered in the Import Job Registration screen. The time field is also available to add to the output of the User Configured Automatic Reports.
If you currently have Transport EDI, ask your Transport Providers on ContainerChain to return the ‘9410’ event code.
