This release includes an update to Import Workflow Module which will create events and/or complete milestones based on system events.
Consol Events to Job Events
This option is available in Administration > Company Details Menu > Consol Events to Job Events.
This option is used to add a new event on each job and/or complete a milestone on each job which is linked to the consol, when a consol event is created.
An example could be TRNC – Transhipment Confirmed, when this event is created on the consol, it can also be created to each job attached to the consol.
Job Events to Job Events
This option is available in Administration > Company Details Menu > Job Events to Job Events.
This option is used to add a new event to a job and/or complete a milestone on a job when a different event is logged for the same job.
An example could be OPR – Origin Pre Alert, when this event is created on the job, it can also create a new event ODOC on the same job & complete a Milestone ODOC on the same job.
