Release 04/10/17 – Workflow – Exceptions to create events

This release provides a new feature within the workflow module for both Imports & Exports, which will create an exception event in the job when a milestone is not completed within the prescribed time frame.

Exception events are to be set up in the Job Milestone set up screens for the Milestone that you wish to create the exception for.

The ‘Job Milestone’ screen has been updated to show ‘Required By Date and Time’ as well as the exception condition that prompted the exception to be created on the job.

When the exception condition is not met by the required date / time, an exception event is created on the job

The exception details button will display the created and required details for each exception milestone. The reference column will display the milestone code the exception was created for.

Reporting Exceptions

Exceptions can be reported using ‘User Configured Auto Reports’.

Report on jobs with exceptions by adding EXCP into the event code.

If you want to report on a specific reference (AN/Arrival Notice) you can add the ref code into the ref field.

In the output column you can chose to list the jobs with an event EXCP (This will list all the exceptions that occurred on the job)

In the Output column you can chose to list the Milestones that created the exception (this will display specific details pertaining to that milestone).

If you prefer all the events not to be listed in the report, the event EXCP can be omitted from the report output
