Entry print version 2 has been updated with 3 additional fields

Users would like to print the entry with the above fields can select the NZ import entry version 2 via Administration -> Company Details Menu -> Forms Maintenance > NZ_IMP_ENTRY
When the entry is printed, the layout is as below:
