Visibility of Reason for Amendment in Customs Entry [N10/20] has been enhanced in this release.
1. User is able to view the Reason for amendment against the “AMND – Import Entry Amended” Event > Amendment Note
2. If users would like to access the Reason for Amendment Via Job Note, please contact with Expedient Support to have system option turned on. The Reason for Amendment will be presented as
Subject Line: AR_Version Number: Change-Entry Number/Sub Number/Version Number
Detail Line: AR_Version Number: Reason for Amendment.
3. For the old amendment before the release, only the latest version of reason for amendment was kept in Expedient system. It means that for historical amendment, only the latest version of the reason for amendment may be available via AMND Event or Job Note if system option is on.
4. For the amendment after the release, all version of amendment will be kept in Expedient system. It means that users are able to view all version of the reason for amendment against AMND Event or Job Note if system option is on.
5. Users are also able to set up a auto report (Automatic Reports -> User Configured Auto Report) to obtain the amendment note from jobs.
Please note that only the latest amendment note will appear on the report. All historical amendment can be reviewed from AMND Event in the Event Screen.
