This release is to inform users that the following enhancements have been completed for Air Import Express function.
1. The user has the option to overwrite the existing stop word list or only add the new ones to the existing list. a prompt like below pops up, when a user selects the file and clicks “start import”.
Clicking “YES” to overwrite the previous list and replace with new one.
Clicking “NO” to add the new words to the existing list.
CAUTION: If you select “YES” to overwrite the existing list, you will lose your old data, unless you have saved a back-up copy. This process is not REVERSIBLE.
2. Users have the options to determine if the upload file has a header or not. If the file contains a heading, please ensure the “file contains column headings” checkbox is clicked. It can be done by clicking “Edit” button in the templates section.
3. Discharge Date and Export Date have been added to Upload template as optional fields, so that users can select the fields to update the relevant data from the file.
4. “Conclear” Status has been added to Auto report “CLRINBOND” to display.
