Release 05/07/17 Air/Sea Export Forwarding – Outward Report (NZ)

This is the release about the changes of outward report.

A user is able to manually add the job with the same MB into the outward report, even the document type is NOT “Delivery Order” or “ECI Write off Report”. This update is to ensure the user has the ability to report cargo which is subject to entry exemption or other special circumstances.

Note: If the Outward Report is generated, the user is unable to add any new job to the Outward Report afterward. In order to add a new job, the user needs to delete the original Outward Report and re-generate a new Outward Report.

  1. A user types in a MB to generate an OUTWARD REPORT

     2. Expedient will search the export job/s with the same MB and list all HBs in the job list screen

  • If all jobs have “932” document type and the “Successful” submission Status in the export entry or ECI. The job list displays as below:

  • If not all jobs have “932” document type and the “Successful” submission Status in the export entry or ECI. The job list displays as below:

Note: if the entry has the “Delivery Order” or “ECI Write off Report”, but the submission status is NOT “Successful”, the job will be listed in “Uncleared Jobs”  table e.g. job 2045657. The user needs to check if necessary action is required before adding it to outward report manually.

  1. A user can add the Uncleared job/s into the OUTWARD REPORT by ticking the checkbox at front of the relevant job. If nothing is ticked in the uncleared jobs table, the outward report will only add all jobs in the cleared jobs table to OUTWARD REPORT.
