Release 25/05/22 – Forwarding – Air Cargo Damages Report updates

This release includes an update to the following screen:

Forwarding -> Reports -> Import -> Air Cargo Reporting – Damages

Two new options have been added labelled “Customer Code” and “Damage Code” as seen below:

These new fields will allow users to search for an air cargo damage report using a Customer Code and/or a Damage Code

The CSV has newly added columns, these include:

Column C now has Customer Code

Column D now has Customer Name

Column E now has Establishment Name

Column H is now labeled Destination instead of Dest

Please note, for the search criteria:

Wildcards ( * ) can be used as a placeholder when searching in the Customer Code field or the Damage Code field. For example, typing AU* in the Customer Code field will search for all air cargo damage reports with Customer Codes starting with AU.

A Pipe ( | ) can be used as an “or” when searching in the Customer Code field or the Damage Code field. For example, typing Customer1|Customer2 (no spaces), will search for all air cargo damage reports with either Customer1 OR Customer2 as Customer Codes.
